Ms Karen Lepper
Biography
Karen Lepper is Deputy Director in the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and is responsible for policy on the Common Agricultural Policy. She has extensive experience of a range of roles in Defra and its predecessors, working on a variety of policy areas including waste, floods, climate change and customer insight.
