Julie Humphreys
Biography
Julie Humphreys was appointed as Principal Private Secretary to the Secretary of State in October 2015. Previously she was the Board Secretary of the Civil Service Board based in the Cabinet Office. Julie joined the Civil Service in 2001 and has worked on a variety of policies including regulation, economic development and schools policy for both the Scottish and UK Governments.
