Julian Wood
Biography
Julian is the Acting Director of Capital Group at the Education Skills and Funding Agency, an executive agency of the Department for Education. Capital Group delivers new schools, rebuilds and refurbishes existing schools and works to improve the condition of the whole school estate. It helps to provide high quality school places where they are needed.
Julian is a Chartered Accountant by training, and before joining the Department for Education he was Director of Education Value-for-Money at the National Audit Office, working on behalf of Parliament to review the effectiveness and efficiency of education spending.
