Joyce Irvine
Biography
Joyce Irvine joined the Ministry of Justice in June 2016 as the Director of Human Resources for MoJ HQ and the Legal Aid Agency.
Previously, Joyce held HR roles in the Home Office and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and most recently was Head of Executive and Specialist Recruitment for the Civil Service. Joyce’s earlier career included a number of operational delivery roles at HMRC and also Director of Asylum and Immigration Appeals in the Home Office.
