Jonathan Berlusconi

Biography

Jonathan has a breadth of experience in defining and delivering strategies across customer service and Transformation in both the public and private sectors.

His roles have previously included working at the Civil Aviation Authority, where notably he led the customer contact centres for the repatriation of customers following the collapse of Monarch and Thomas Cook. When working with KPMG, he worked at Network Rail and MOD Defence Business Services defining the customer proposition.

Earlier, Jonathan has led transformational change across a number of organisations including LEGO, Deutsche Bank, RAC, LTSB and a number of local government offices all focusing on improving service and building efficient and effective ways of working.
