Joanne Peel
Biography
Before joining Dstl, Joanne worked in the Judicial Office where she was the HR Director for the Judiciary of England and Wales. During this time she led on the development of a modern workforce strategy for the judiciary and the professionalisation of the function.
Previously she held a number of roles across government including the Cabinet Office, where she was Head of Senior Executive Talent Management, Head of the Government Fast Stream Programme and a member of the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit.
Prior to this she worked in other government departments and the private sector in a variety of HR, OD and corporate service functions. Joanne is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has an MSc in Training and a PGCC in Personal and Business Coaching.
