Biography

Jim Logie was appointed Head of HMRC Division in October 2011. He qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and joining the civil service the same year.

Career highlights include:

  • Head of the division advising the (then) Scottish Executive Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Department
  • Head of the division advising the Scottish Government on procurement matters
  • Head of the division advising the Scottish Government on transport matters
