Jessica Oghenegweke

Biography

Jessica is a BBC Earth Kids presenter and student at Brunel University, studying for a BSc in Global Challenges.

Previously, she served with The Diana Award, where she led work to empower the lives of young people. This included: delivering training events to thousands of anti-bullying ambassadors to equip them with the tools to be confident in supporting their peers and make positive change.

Jessica has also worked at the Roundhouse in north London, where she helped create projects for young people to improve their skills, confidence and prepare for their future.

Jessica is an NCS Ambassador and previously sat on the NCS National Youth Board. She was an intern at RockCorps, where she contributed to positive change through social action, and an apprentice at BBC Radio 1. She continues to work with RockCorps and Apprentice Nation to help improve communities and educate young people about the different routes they can take to achieve their dream career.

Jessica is a host for Apprentice Nation, delivering workshops and action days to young people across the UK to discuss core skills and ways they can achieve their dream career.
