Jerry Storrs

Biography

Jerry (re)joined UKGI in June 2020 to work on Project Birch and other interventions.

Prior to this he spent 25 years in investment banking, latterly focused on corporate debt restructuring, directing transactions in the UK and Europe across securitizations, retail, financial institutions and other sectors. He spent 18 months on secondment to one of UKGI’s predecessor organisations and most recently led the realisation and wind-down of NatWest’s Ship-Finance business. He has undertaken independent roles as a director, advisor and trustee and before moving into restructuring held a variety of positions in strategy, derivative valuations and risk. He started his career as an accountant at EY and is also qualified as a Corporate Treasurer.
