Jane Basley
Biography
Jane Basley joined as Human Resources Director for the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) and Corporate HQ in January 2016.
Before this she was a senior HRD specialising in HR transformation across the private and public sector. Her corporate career has involved in working in FTSE 100 organisations including oil and gas, food retail and financial services.

The director’s responsibilities include developing and carrying out HR strategies, with a particular focus on leadership, talent and supporting change and excellence in human resources.
