Jan Thomas

Biography

Jan Thomas took up the post of Executive Director for System Development in July 2026.

Jan has over 25 years’ experience working in and with the NHS. Starting her career as a nurse, Jan worked in acute NHS hospitals in Cambridge and Essex in a variety of settings including renal and general medicine. Later in her career she spent time working in the independent sector (United Health UK and BMI healthcare).
