Jacq Longrigg

Biography

Jacq Longrigg, NDA group People Development Director, joined the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) in 2018. Jacq is an experienced HR and skills leader, with extensive knowledge and experience in the education, skills and nuclear sectors.

Jacq’s role includes being the NDA representative on the recent National Nuclear Skills Task Force, supporting the development of the National Nuclear Strategic Skills Plan (NNSSP), of which the NDA is a lead member of the national delivery board. Jacq ensures that the NDA is aligned with national policy and programmes such as the Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Skills and Early Careers. She is sponsor of the NDA group graduate programme and the sector wide Nuclear Graduates programme, the apprenticeship levy and school engagement. Jacq is also the NDA group lead on mobility, talent and succession, supporting the Group Executive and NDA Board.

Jacq is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Nuclear Waste Services, and a member of both the Remuneration and Risk Committees.

Jacq ensures that we have the right skills at the right time to deliver the mission across the NDA group, with leadership accountability for early careers, skills, talent, mobility, succession planning and board and executive appointments.
