Helen Peters
Biography
Helen Peters is a Legal Director at Pinsent Masons LLP. She is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of UK, EU and international environmental law and policy with significant experience in nuclear regulation and waste management. Helen is recognised as a leading UK environmental lawyer by Chambers Legal Directory and Legal 500. She is a member of the WNA Licensing and Permitting Task Force and a corporate member of the Nuclear Industries Association. She is also an active member of the UK Environmental Law Association. Helen has been engaged in many of the leading nuclear transactions in the UK in recent years and advises owners, operators, contractors and public bodies on environmental and nuclear regulatory matters.
