Helen Adlard
Biography
Helen is a planning lawyer with long experience in private practice within major law firms and subsequently as a Director in the Infrastructure Planning Commission and the Inspectorate; she has also worked as an Inspector examining national infrastructure applications. She previously worked in business management for Thorn EMI and Hoskyns Group plc.
