Heather James
Biography
Heather James has been a member of Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee (DPTAC) since 2009. She is a Planning Consultant specialising in community consultation and engagement. Heather is also Chair of Brighton Fringe Limited, a registered charity and not for profit organisation. She was Communications Director for Karis Developments from 2003 until 2009 where she led on community engagement for several major regeneration projects. Prior to this, Heather helped to introduce public transport and highways improvements as a Lead Councillor in Brighton & Hove and a member of the Federation of Disabled People.
