Graham has more than 20 years’ experience within the MOD working in Dstl and its predecessor organisations where he has held a variety of technical and leadership roles. Prior to taking up this role he spent over 5 years as Department Manager for Information Management within Dstl and was responsible for moving and rebuilding that department following the closure of the Malvern and Farnborough sites.
Graham has also been heavily involved in setting the user requirements for major IT projects. He has been responsible for basic research through to system integration focusing on Sensors and Intelligence having graduated with Honours in Laser Physics from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
Infrastructure Director, Dstl
The Infrastructure Director:
- provides the core infrastructure and enabling services required to deliver Dstl’s strategic aims and policies
- defines and provides systems and processes to achieve the Knowledge, Information and Data Management requirements
