Graeme Wilkinson is currently the Finance Director in the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Graeme specialises in change management projects and has played a key role in large scale reforms in the public sector in Northern Ireland.
Before joining the civil service in 2003 Graeme worked as a management consultant and in various roles in the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS), including employment and learning, regional development and the Department of Justice.

The UK Co-ordinating Body Management Board includes a representative of each of the 4 departments that own UKCB:
- the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs
- the Welsh government
- the Scottish government
- the Northern Ireland Executive
The chairmanship of the board rotates between the 4 representatives.
