Ginny Clarke CBE
Biography
Ginny took the role of Board Director for Strategy and Planning of Highways England on 1 April 2015.
Prior to this, Ginny was Board Director for Strategy and Planning for the Highways Agency from September 2013 and Chief Highway Engineer for the Highways Agency from 2001 to 2013. Ginny joined the Highways Agency when it was formed in 1994.
She has a BSc in Engineering Science and is also a Chartered Civil Engineer, Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, Fellow of Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. She is also a Member of the Policy Committee of the RAC Foundation.
