Francis Campbell

Biography

Francis Campbell was the British Deputy High Commissioner, Karachi and the Director, Trade and Investment for Pakistan from 2011 to 2013.

He was born on April 20, 1970 and has a BA in Political Science and Scholastic Philosophy from Queen’s University, Belfast and MAs in European Integration from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania (USA).He joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 1997.Mr. Campbell speaks French and Italian.
