Fiona MacGregor

Biography

Fiona MacGregor was the Regulator of Social Housing’s (RSH) Chief Executive from 1 October 2018 to 30 April 2026.

RSH was previously part of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), of which Fiona was the Executive Director of Regulation since November 2015.

Fiona has worked at the HCA since it launched in 2008, before which she was Deputy Director of Investment at the Housing Corporation, and Head of Development at London and Quadrant, a large registered provider.
