Dame Fiona Kendrick

Biography

Dame Fiona Kendrick has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé UK and Ireland since October 2012, and is a Commissioner at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills. She is the first woman to head up the UK and Ireland business which has a turnover of £2.7billion and employs 8,000 people across 23 sites in the UK and Ireland. Fiona joined Nestlé UK in 1980 as a commercial graduate in the Frozen Food Division. In 2008, Fiona joined Nestlé S.A. in Switzerland in a global role managing the strategy for Nestlé Beverage brands including NESCAFÉ, Milo and Nesquik. She was made a dame in the Queen’s New Year honours list 2015.
