Emma Ing
Biography
Emma Ing was appointed His Majesty’s Inspector in 2005.
At heart Emma is a teacher, but immediately before joining Ofsted Emma worked as a School Improvement Adviser and Inspector for a local authority. She also led governor services.
Emma sees her role as striving, with others, to ensure that every child is well cared for and in a position to take a valued place in society on attaining adulthood.
