Biography
Elysia joined Marine Management Organisation (MMO) on 1 April 2026 from the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA), where she served as Chief Executive.
With more than twenty years’ experience across the public and civil service, Elysia previously held senior roles in the Government Equalities Office and the Cabinet Office before becoming Chief Executive of the GLAA. In that role, she led national efforts to protect vulnerable people from exploitation and tackle labour abuse.
