Elizabeth Perelman
Biography
Elizabeth Perelman is the Principal Private Secretary to the Prime Minister.
Elizabeth Perelman worked previously for the Shareholder Executive, in the Department for Business Innovation and Skills, where she provides corporate finance and governance advice to Government departments. Elizabeth has worked across a variety of areas including the sale of the Royal Mail and sponsorship of the Land Registry.
Prior to this she worked in both private equity and corporate finance advisory roles at Morgan Stanley. Her experience includes advising on merger and acquisitions, capital raising and IPOs and corporate development across a range of industry sectors, but, in particular, the technology sector. She has also worked at the New South Wales Australian Treasury, working on their spending review.
She currently has a MEng in Engineering.
