Eileen Milner

Biography

Eileen Milner was Chief Executive and Accounting Officer of the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) from November 2017 to July 2021. Eileen has held a number of senior roles in the technology and public services advisory space. She began her career in local government, specialising in education services, later moving into higher education.

Her roles include:

  • Executive Director of Customer and Corporate Services, Care Quality Commission
  • Executive Director of Business Strategy, Northgate Information Solutions
  • Director Grant Thornton LLP
  • Director, RSM Robson Rhodes

Between 2010 and 2016 Eileen was a trustee of the Bell Foundation, which aims to create opportunities and change lives through language education for excluded individuals and communities.
