Dominic Field
Biography
Dominic Field was the lead non-executive director at the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) from November 2024 to September 2026. He was previously a non-executive director at DSIT from April to November 2024. His appointment as lead non-executive director has been extended by up to 12 months from 1 May 2026.
Dominic is an experienced corporate leader with over 30 years of experience including a 20-year career in consulting at Boston Consulting Group. He was the founder leader of Boston Consulting Group digital and has many years of experience working with prominent company boards to implement digital solutions.
Dominic is a Board Member and Chair of the Commercial Committee at London and Partners and is a Trustee of the Design Museum.
Dominic received his degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford. He also received an MBA with distinction from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
