Dominic Arthur
Biography
Dominic is currently a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) where he leads the Synergy Programme, which is transforming back-office functions for approximately 250,000 civil servants.
Alongside this role, Dominic is a member of the board at the Government Property Agency (GPA) after being appointed as a Non-Executive Director. As part of this position, Dominic chairs the GPA’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Previously, Dominic worked at Director level at the Cabinet Office’s recruitment and pensions teams, before joining the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office where he worked as a COO.
Non-Executive Director
Dominic joined the GPA board as a Non-Executive Director in September 2026. As part of his role, he chairs the agency’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
