Debbie Palmer CMG
Biography
Debbie Palmer is Director, Energy, Climate and Environment at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
Debbie joined DFID in 2001 having previously worked in the private sector. She has extensive experience of delivering programmes across Africa, Asia and Latin America including conflict settings and has worked in policy, corporate and strategy roles. Debbie was head of DFID’s Overseas Territories Department.
Debbie has an M.Phil in International Relations.
