Debbie Palmer
Biography
Debbie joined DFID in 2001 having previously worked in the private sector. She has extensive experience of delivering programmes across Africa, Asia and Latin America including conflict settings and has worked in policy, corporate and strategy roles. Debbie was previously head of DFID’s Overseas Territories Department. Debbie has an M.Phil in International Relations.
