Dawn Brodrick CB
Biography
Dawn took up the role of Director, People, Capability and Change for DCLG on 17 September 2012.
She started her Civil Service career working for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as a front line manager and then Jobcentre manager.
Dawn went on to lead the culture change aspects of the New Deal which led onto a number of senior leadership roles including Head of Learning and Diversity for London and the South East region (2002), Head of Capability for Jobcentre Plus (2005) and Head of Leadership and Learning for DWP.
Dawn moved to HM Revenue & Customs in 2009 as the Human Resources Director for Personal Tax.
