David Holt

Biography

David has over 30 years’ experience in the private sector, predominantly in senior commercial finance roles.  He has a broad experience at Board level gained from working across a wide range of sectors in both the UK and overseas, including senior roles in Unilever, Coats and Land Securities.

David has a degree in Economics and Geography, and is also a Chartered Management Accountant and has completed the London Business School’s Corporate Finance Programme. He is currently a non-executive director at the Department for Work and Pensions, where he chairs their Audit and Risk Assurance Committee, and at the Norfolk and Waveney NHS Integrated Care Board.  David is an experienced audit chair whose non-executive career has covered the NHS, Social Housing and Government sectors.
