Non-executive director, Agency Management Board, RPA David Cotton

Biography

David Cotton joined the Agency Management Board for the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) as a non-executive director in July 2013. David is also a member of its Audit and Risk Assurance Committee. As well as this he is a partner in a dairy, beef and arable farming business and director of an arable farming company in Somerset and a Board Director of DairyCo, a levy-funded, not-for-profit organisation working on behalf of Britain’s dairy farmers.

His previous roles include:

• steering group member of the South West Rural Enterprise Gateway
• Chairman of the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers
