David Charles
Biography
David Charles is the Programme Director at the Disclosure and Barring Service.
He has worked for IBM for 14 years, the majority of that time spent as a programme manager in the public and retail sectors with clients such as DWP, DVLA, JD Williams and IKEA.
David has extensive experience of delivering complex system integration programmes, often dealing with multiple suppliers, cloud hosting and global delivery centres.
David became a Director at the DBS in January 2015.
