David Brewer

Biography

David Brewer joined the Highways Agency in 2013 as Network Delivery and Development Director. He is responsible for maintenance and improvement of the strategic road network.

His previous roles include senior posts with BAA, where he led the groupwide engineering transformation programme, and Development Director for Gatwick Airport.
