David has 30 years’ experience in the financial sector and has a proven track record in delivering digital and large-scale transformational change.
He has spent the last 14 years at Aegon UK, where most recently he was Transformation Director responsible for change programmes.
Executive Director, Change, Data and Repayments
The Executive Director, Repayments and Customer Compliance is responsible for delivering a repayments service for our 5.5 million customers. The Directorate manages the student loan book as well as ensuring that the Student Loans Company has an effective customer compliance and debt recovery capability. In addition, the role also has responsibility for SLC’s Change Function which includes the organisation’s Evolve transformation programme.
