Dr Daniel Scott
Biography
Daniel Scott became Programme Manager, Government Chemist in April 2014. He joined LGC in 2008 and has managed other large government funded research programmes as part of LGC’s role as the UK’s designated National Measurement Institute for chemical and biological metrology. Daniel has a scientific background in molecular biology including a PhD in cancer research. He has also worked in the toxicology industry.
