Daniel Morley

Biography

Daniel Morley was a Non-Executive Director at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government from September 2017 to September 2019.

Daniel has over 20 years experience in investment banking, and has worked across the globe managing teams delivering a range of innovative financial products and services, and leading complex transactional negotiations involving both government and institutional clients. He has held strategic advisory and governance roles, including developing and implementing new global governance standards across Deutsche Bank.

From 1995 to 1999 Daniel was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers before moving to Deutsche Bank where he is a Managing Director. He has held multiple roles, including Global Head of Emerging Markets Structuring and Chief Operating Officer (Global Structuring). Daniel will provide knowledge and experience from the financial sector to offer valuable advice, challenge and support to the Department.
