Dai Powell OBE
Biography
Dai Powell has been a member of the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee (DPTAC) since 2006, and was Chair of DPTAC between September 2009 and November 2014. Since 1993 he has been Chief Executive of HCT Group, a social enterprise running, among other things, London’s red busses.
Dai is also currently Chair of the Community Transport Association (UK), a Social Enterprise Coalition Council member and a Social Enterprise Ambassador. He was awarded an OBE in 2006 for services to disabled people.
