Cynthia Dubin
Biography
Cynthia Dubin is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the CMA.
She is also Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee of Synthomer PLC, and is a Board Director of Hurco Group Companies, Inc. where she sits on the Audit Committee.
Cynthia was previously an Independent Board Director, Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee, and a member of the Governance Committee at Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. Additionally, she held senior executive positions at Pivot Power LLP in the UK, JKX Oil & Gas plc. and Edison Mission Energy.
Her role as a CMA Board Member commenced in January 2019 and she is Chair of the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee.
