Colin Roberts
Biography
Colin Roberts arrived in Stanley on 28 April 2014 to take up the position of Governor in the Falkland Islands.
Colin has worked for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office since 1989. During his career he has served in Japan and France and from 2004/2008 he was Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Lithuania. Before arriving in the Falkland Islands he was Director of the Overseas Territories Directorate and Her Majesty’s Commissioner to the British Antarctic Territory and to the British Indian Ocean Territory.
Colin is married to Camilla and they have two sons.
