Clare Toogood
Biography
Clare Toogood was appointed Head of the Public Defender Service in December 2014. But she joined the Legal Aid Agency in April 2014 as Head of the Public Defender Service Advocacy Unit.
Clare’s previous roles include Area Business Manager for the Crown Prosecution Service and positions in local government.
