Biography

Catriona has been in the Civil Service since 1985 and has undertaken a number of roles for DWP (and its predecessors), including acting Work Services Director for Scotland, until she joined the RPA in July 2018. She has considerable operational experience having run large processing centres; managed large contact centres; and has also successfully delivered a number of operational projects. Since joining the RPA she has set up the new team responsible for processing Countryside Stewardship 2018 claims and is providing support on Environmental Stewardship Operations.
