Catherine Doran
Biography
Catherine Doran was non-executive member of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs board from December 2011 to November 2017.
She is also a Non-Executive Director for the Coventry Building Society, a role she assumed in August 2016.
Until May 2016 Catherine was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Royal Mail Group, a position she took up in 2011.
Catherine has worked in information technology in a number of different sectors for 40 years. Prior to Royal Mail she was CIO for Network Rail, BT Retail and Capital One (Europe). She was also a non executive director for BQF for 4 years and a member of the Tech Partnership CIO Board for 6 years, both concluding in June 2016.
