Carolan Goggin
Biography
Carolan Goggin is Acting Regional Director for Yorkshire and the Humber. She was previously the deputy director responsible for children’s social care improvement and intervention in the North of England.
Earlier in her career, Carolan has also worked on:
- school improvement
- reforms to technical education
- schools strategy
