Bayo Dosunmu
Biography
Bayo Dosunmu is the Executive Director at Homes England leading the development programme to design and build the new agency. With an expanded remit from Government and a more muscular role in investment in supply and intervention in the housing market, the intention is to enable the agency to move faster, adapt more quickly, learn more rapidly, and be more agile.
Bayo embraces the role digital and technology is and will play in successful organisations of the future. He leads a number of corporate service functions which are key levers to creating the right culture for a 21st century public service organisation including Digital Services, Human Resources, Health and Safety and the Environment and Internal Audit.
Bayo is driven by his purpose to make a material difference to people’s lives in service to the public good. With extensive experience in Central Government, Welsh Government and the Olympic Delivery Authority he has led the delivery of a number of high profile, major government infrastructure schemes including several large railway infrastructure projects and the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympic Games for which he received an award from the Institution of Civil Engineers.
