Biography
Bal Kaur leads the HR team to develop GAD’s People Strategy. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over a decade of strategic HR leadership experience across the Civil Service, private, and charitable sectors. Bal is co-chair of the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Group in GAD.
