Andrew Lison
Biography
Andy Lison is a Chartered Engineer with extensive programme leadership experience gained during a 30 year career in the Royal Navy. While serving in the military, Andy held a range of roles and responsibilities, anchored in the delivery of new capital equipment to the Armed Forces but stretching to strategic level planning and direct support to frontline operations.
In his final role before joining the IPA, he was programme director for a portfolio of projects including the £1.6 billion Wildcat helicopter for the Army and the Royal Navy.
