Andrew Baigent
Biography
Andrew Baigent was appointed as Chief Finance Officer at HM Courts & Tribunals Service in August 2017, following five years as the Finance Director at the Department of Health.
Andrew is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has over 25 years of experience working in senior financial roles in the public sector.
Prior to his appointment in the Department of Health Andrew was Director General for Financial Audit at the National Audit Office, where he led the NAOs financial audit practice covering 400 audits across the public sector.
