Amanda Bryan

Biography

Amanda Bryan has had a career in forestry and natural resource management, rural and community development across the Highlands and Islands. She is currently Programme Leader and a Lecturer on the Forest Management degree at the Scottish School of Forestry, Inverness College, UHI. Amanda has also run her own consultancy company Aigas Associates since 2000.

Amanda is an experienced non-exec and is currently Chair of Crown Estate Scotland, Chair of the Isle of Eigg Heritage Trust and a Board Member of Highlands and Islands Enterprise. She has had previous board and advisory roles with Scottish Natural Heritage, BBC Scotland and the BBC Trust, Ofcom and Community Energy Scotland. Amanda was also an Adviser to the Scottish Government’s Land Reform Review Group.
