Allison Gerrard
Biography
Allison Gerrard is the Director for Strategy and Centre of Expertise in the Ministry of Justice’s People and Capability Group.
She is an experienced senior civil servant who has led workforce strategy, capability, and organisational development, and supported large, geographically dispersed workforces to deliver public services effectively.
Prior to this role, Allison was Human Resources Director at His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) and has also held senior HR roles in the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education and His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
Allison is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
