Biography

Alice Bunn joined the UK Space Agency in 2011 as Assistant Director, Earth Observation and was appointed policy director in May 2014.

Her previous roles include:

  • Assistant Director, Earth Observation, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills
  • Head of Earth Observation Future Missions, Natural Environment Research Council

Director, Policy (jobshare), UK Space Agency

The director’s primary responsibility is to provide policy advice on civil space activities to the Minister for Universities and Science (and other ministers as required). They also lead on security and international communications.
